E-invoicing for associations
Issue professional invoices to sponsors and members and keep a clear record for the next treasurer, without an accounting degree.
Typical challenges
GoBD archive as a memory
Volunteers change, the records should not. Every invoice is archived in an unalterable form, and the full export is ready in one click for the financial audit or the next treasurer.
No accounting degree needed
Fill in the form and you are done. No XML, no jargon, no training.
Invoices to sponsors & members
With a GiroCode for quick payment and an optional authenticity seal against fake “invoices from the association”.
Frequently asked questions: E-invoicing for associations
Does our association need to be able to issue e-invoices?
The e-invoicing obligation generally applies to associations too: you have had to be able to receive e-invoices since 1 January 2025. Whether and to what extent your association must issue them itself depends on its tax classification (non-profit sphere, special-purpose operation or commercial business operation). Your tax adviser is best placed to check this.
How do we keep track when the treasurer changes?
Every invoice you create and every invoice received via the mailbox is automatically frozen with a checksum. The full export delivers all records in machine-readable form, including an integrity manifest, no matter who is treasurer at the time.
Do we need accounting software for this?
No. The web interface is deliberately lean: fill in the form and the invoice is done, with no bookkeeping functions that an association does not need anyway.
What does it cost for a small association?
You pay per transaction, no subscription. Getting started is free with complimentary credits, which often last a long time for the handful of invoices a typical association issues each year.
